TOUAX Rail is a certified ECM

TOUAX Rail Division has received in December 2011 the certificate of Entity in Charge of Maintenance (ECM), delivered by the notified body Bureau Veritas. This certification guarantees to the Railway Undertakings and to the Freight Operators that the wagons for which TOUAX Rail is keeper and ECM meet the requirements of rail safety and the latest European regulations. Each TOUAX Rail wagon benefits from an adapted maintenance scheme, from the support of an efficient network of workshops, from an accurate preventive and curative maintenance management, and also from a monitoring and a traceability of the operations performed, which insures to the wagon reliability, availability and safety.

This ECM certificate allows TOUAX Rail to propose to his customers adequate maintenance solutions within the leasing contracts.

 

 

 

 

TOUAX Rail is ISO 9001 certified since 2010

On July 23, the group TOUAX Wagons division has received from the agency LRQA the ISO 9001:2008 certification for its activities of leasing and of maintenance of freight wagons for rail transport operators. The obtention of the certificate concludes a project initiated in May 2009, and which involved the entire staff of the division.

The ISO 9001 certification strengthens the growth strategy of TOUAX group on the freight wagon market, by providing recognized tools for continuous improvement that will allow them to establish customer loyalty and win new customers. By the processus approach, it has allowed to better structure the internal organization of the division and to consolidate it into a dynamic of progress.
